Early Access and Terms of Use
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern participation in the IARONE Early Access waiting list, account activation at launch and the free usage entitlement provided through Early Access. Selecting “I accept the Early Access and Terms of Use” and submitting the application constitutes acceptance of this version. The accepted version and acceptance time are recorded by the system.
2. Nature of Early Access
IARONE Early Access is a preliminary access program still under development. Features, interfaces, performance, supported formats, providers and technical workflows may change before general availability. There is no commitment to uninterrupted or error-free operation or to the same quality level for every use case.
3. Launch and activation
The target Early Access launch date is 21 September 2026. This date may change for technical, security, infrastructure or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced on the IARONE website.
Joining the waiting list does not provide immediately usable generation credits. After launch, the user activates an account with the same email address used for the waiting list to link the Early Access entitlement to that account.
4. One free 3D model entitlement
An eligible Early Access participant receives a total of one successful free 3D model generation. This is not a daily renewing quota and is granted once per user. A generation that fails due to a technical provider, infrastructure or system issue does not consume the successful-model entitlement.
The entitlement cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed for cash or combined with other accounts. If a person attempts to obtain multiple free entitlements using multiple accounts, automation or misleading information, the relevant registrations may be suspended or the free entitlement withdrawn.
5. User uploads and necessary rights
The user represents that they are authorized to use and process the photos, images, 3D files, brand elements or other content uploaded to IARONE within the service, and will not upload content infringing third-party intellectual property, personality, privacy or other rights.
The user permits technical processing of uploaded content only to the extent necessary for requested 3D generation, optimization, quality control, storage and delivery of results to the user. This permission does not give IARONE the right to use the content for independent advertising or resale.
6. AI outputs
IARONE outputs are produced using AI and automated 3D processing systems. Generated geometry, dimensions, materials, colors or other visual properties are not guaranteed to exactly match the real object.
Before commercial publication, manufacturing, safety-critical applications, dimension-dependent use or presentation to third parties, the user must check that the output is suitable for their intended use. Intellectual property rights in AI-generated outputs may vary by country, content and third-party rights. IARONE does not guarantee that an output creates an exclusive or registrable intellectual property right.
7. Prohibited use
IARONE must not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized processing of personal data, harmful or malicious activities, attempts to circumvent service security, manipulation of free entitlements or automation that places a disproportionate burden on infrastructure. Access may be temporarily restricted where security issues or abuse are suspected.
8. Changes or suspension of service
During Early Access, technical features, the method of using the free entitlement or supported workflows may change for security and service quality. A material change removing the acquired entitlement to one successful free model will be explained separately; cases of abuse and unlawful use are reserved.
9. Limits of liability
Subject to mandatory law, IARONE does not guarantee uninterrupted Early Access, a particular commercial outcome or AI output that is always ready for manufacturing or publication. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is not accepted for indirect damage arising from reliance on AI output without necessary checks, lack of rights in third-party content, or infrastructure/communications interruptions beyond IARONE’s reasonable control.
This provision does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.
10. Personal data
The separate KVKK Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed during Early Access. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute permission for advertising or commercial electronic messages.
11. Updates to the terms
These terms may be updated because of changes in product or legal requirements. Material changes will be presented clearly as a new version and renewed acceptance will be requested where necessary. Technical records of the version accepted in previous applications are retained.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Rights under applicable consumer legislation or other mandatory jurisdiction rules are reserved. Questions and pre-dispute requests may be sent to iletisim@iarone.com.
