2. Personal data processed

Identity and contact: full name and email address; telephone number only if provided by the user. Business information: optional company or brand name. Preference and survey data: intended use of IARONE, the main difficulty in the 3D production process and priority product expectations. Early Access records: queue position, registration status, accepted document versions and acceptance time. Technical and security data: visited page, UTM campaign information, browser/user-agent information, an IP hash derived for abuse prevention and security, and transaction times.

The IARONE Early Access form does not request special categories of personal data. Please do not enter health information, biometric data, political opinions, religion, criminal convictions or similar sensitive personal data in the form.

3. Purposes of processing

To create the Early Access waiting list and manage queue information; match an application with an account created using the same email address at launch and manage the one-time free model entitlement; conduct necessary operational communication about Early Access; assess survey results for product development, quality and analysis of user needs; prevent abuse, automated applications, security breaches and misuse of the service; and manage requests, complaints, disputes and legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Data is processed where directly related to establishing or performing a contract, to the extent necessary to establish and conduct the application and Early Access relationship; on the controller’s legitimate interests in system security, abuse prevention and product development, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed; and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations.

Acceptance of the Early Access Terms in this form does not constitute permission for commercial electronic messages or advertising/marketing. Where separate consent is required for marketing communications, a separate optional choice will be offered.

5. Collection methods

Data is collected electronically through the Early Access form, technical records generated during website/API requests and subsequent account activation by the user with the same email address.

6. Transfers and service providers

To the extent necessary for the purposes above, data may be shared with hosting, cloud infrastructure, database, security and technical service providers, and with competent public authorities where legally required. Where technical providers process data abroad or data is transferred abroad, the requirements of Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and applicable appropriate safeguards are observed.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to administer Early Access and the account/entitlement process, and thereafter for necessary and proportionate periods required by relevant legal obligations, potential disputes and security needs. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the processing purpose and legal retention requirement end.

8. Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose and whether use is consistent with that purpose; learn the third parties receiving it; request correction of incomplete or incorrect data; request deletion or destruction where conditions are met; request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties receiving the data; object to an adverse result arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send requests to iletisim@iarone.com, clearly stating your identity and request. Additional identity-verification information may be requested depending on the nature of the request.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated if processing activities or legislation change. The document version presented in the Early Access form is retained with technical records. Updated terms will be presented separately for material changes requiring new legal acceptance.

This document is a notice about personal data processing. The separate Early Access and Terms of Use apply to the service conditions.
